THREE years of Forever!!!

What a joy and blessing it is to be your family Kaylee Grace!!! You amaze us everyday!!!! 

This morning we sang "Happy Forever Family Day" to you and asked you where you would like to go for dinner ~ you wanted a grilled cheese sandwich from Mad Duck ;). Then we went to frozen yogurt. 

You had some sad moments throughout the day ~ missing your China family (missing the idea of your China family, rather, because you weren't ever able to meet them). You apologized to Daddy & I for being sad on your "Happy Family Day" as you call it ;). You don't ever need to apologize ~ we miss them, too, and we've never met them either! We just know they are a part of you and our hearts break when you are hurting. But I want you to know that I am SO proud of you. You are the bravest girl I know. Jesus has helped you overcome so much in these last 3 years and we see His Joy ooze from you!!! Much of the day you sing worship songs and it makes my heart burst with praise as I know all that He has brought you through. The joy of the Lord is your strength, Kaylee Grace. Cling to Him with all you've got and He will make your paths straight!!

You brighten our days, sweet girl! We know the plans Jesus has for you are beyond anything we can ask or imagine. We are thankful He chose us as your forever :))).
