On Our Way :)

WA-hoo!!! We are here at SFO - flight leaves at 11:05 PM.... Please pray for a great flight and great sleep ;).

Here's what we had to squeeze into our car  :)

Sis and I had a little date before we left and got our toes done....they painted Sis' nails too!

Eating our last American meal - CPK with Alese (Ben was working)

Ben and Alese made 3 different envelopes with "adventures" for our kids while they are in China - $$ in one, 3x5 Cards with different things on each card - Scripture to read on some, dares on others (eat a funky food and take a picture of you doing it, order a meal in Mandarin, etc) and the 3rd envelope was an Itunes card so that they could download a few games before they leave on their Ipods :)

Just a little excited!

Team Johanson at the airport! Wearing our "Go" shirts .......Isaiah 6:8 on the back: "Then I heard the voice of the Lord, He said, "Who will I send?" I said, "Here I am, send me."

Our chauffeur...Alese

If you don't know our background with Ben and Alese...Brodie coached Alese starting when she was in 4th grade. We then got married and had kids and by that time she was a sophomore in HS - she started babysitting for us when Sis was 1 1/2 and Keegan was just a few months old. When I got put on bedrest when I was pregnant with Kolson, Alese came every day after school (her Sr year)...so she became family to us! She is really like a big sister to our kids. Then she and Ben started dating in college, got married and now he is like a big brother to our kids :)  The BEST role models for our kids --- and us!

Thank you Alese! She is for sure as excited as we are! And lucky Ben and Alese get to pick us up when we get back - so they will be the first to see Miss  Kaylee Grace!!!

Let's do this!!!!!!!!
