We LOVE The Garden Hotel!!!!!

Wow! We made it to our hotel where we will be for the rest of our time here.....it is AMAZING!!!!! So much more than we expected!!! We rode the train from HK to Guangzhou....now we are here and we are SO excited!!! It's so surreal to be in Kaylee's province and to think that we are only hours from where her orphanage is!

We had a meeting with our guide and our travel group where we went over our schedule for the next two weeks and all the paperwork details...and now we will figure out something for dinner. We will meet in the lobby tomorrow afternoon (2:00 PM Monday China time, 10:00 PM Sunday CA time). We will head to the Civil Affairs office with our group (5 families) and we will each get our children! We will have a chance to ask a few questions to Kaylee's orphanage staff, fill out some paper work and then go to the super market to get the formula that she is used to drinking, more diapers, etc. Then we will be back at our hotel around 6:00 PM China time / 2:00 AM CA time).....so sometime that evening we will post all about our day!

We are really excited for our day tomorrow! We will have dinner tonight for the last time as a family of 5!!!! We are thankful for HIS peace over both us and Kaylee :)

Monday 3/11: KAYLEE GRACE DAY!!!!

Tuesday 3/12: Back to Civil Affairs office for adoption interview

Wednesday3/13: Apply for Kaylee's Visa

Thursday 3/14: Sightseeing - Chen Ancestral Hall

Friday 3/15: BIG day for us - we will head to Kaylee's orphanage in Suixi ...4 1/2 hour drive each way!

Saturday 3/16: Medical clinic (Kaylee's medical exam)

Sunday 3/17:Shangxiajiu walking street for local shopping

Monday 3/18: Guangzhou Zoo & River Boat Cruise

Tuesday 3/19: Take oath and submit Visa documents  (Consulate Appointment)

Wednesday 3/20: get Visas.....leave Guangzhou to HK (10:00 PM)

Thursday 3/21: Fly from HK to SF (1:00 AM)

***Wednesday, 3/20: Arrive in SF (10:00 PM)

Thursday 3/21: Drive HOME!!!!!
